"Mobile Tickets Worked Just Fine"
I don’t know why people make such a big deal about mobile tickets, I used mine on my phone and got in without any trouble at all. Super easy.

"Nice mix of events most weeks"
I check trustarts.org often when I’m trying to figure out something to do, and I like that it’s not just all one kind of event. There’s usually a mix of concerts, theater, comedy, and some smaller artsy things too, which makes planning a night out a lot easier. The site can feel a little crowded sometimes when you’re scrolling through listings, but compared to some other event sites, it’s just... Overall, useful and worth checking.

"Such a great night out"
Honestly... I had such a good time at this show. The sound was really clear, the actors were fantastic, and everything just flowed so well. It was one of those nights where you’re just fully into it the whole time. I’d definitely go again.

We got in faster than I thought we would. From our experience, the security line moved at a steady pace, and even though they checked bags quickly, it didn’t feel rushed or careless. No real issues on our end, so overall it was a smooth entry.

"Good view and sound, but felt a bit ignored"
I had a good time overall. The view from our seats was clear and the sound was solid for most of the show. There was one part that was kind of hard to hear, and when we tried to get someone’s attention about it, it felt like we were being ignored. Still, the show itself was really enjoyable

I’ve used trustarts.org a handful of times to look up event details and buy tickets, and overall it’s been reliable. I’m always a little cautious when entering payment info online, so it was reassuring that everything felt legit and I didn’t run into any issues. A few pages were slower to load than I’d like, and the site could be a bit easier to navigate, but I’d still feel comfortable using it again.

"Helpful accessibility support, but the site took a minute"
I went to a show and had a good experience overall. The accessible seating worked well, and because the staff knew where to send us, we found the elevator really quickly. The website did have the info I needed, but since it wasn’t super easy to spot right away, I had to click around a bit. Still, everything worked out fine and I’d call it a solid experience.

I had a question about my tickets, so I emailed trustarts.org and wasn’t expecting to hear back that fast. But they literally got back to me quickly, and the answer was clear without making anything more complicated than it needed to be.
I also really liked that the emails sounded like they came from an actual person, not some copy-and-paste template. It made the whole thing super easy and totally stress-free.

"Refund process was easier than I thought"
I had to exchange my tickets and then ended up getting a partial refund afterward. It did take a couple of emails back and forth, but overall they handled it fairly. I was relieved it didn’t turn into a bigger headache.

I bought tickets on trustarts.org, and reading between the lines, it felt like they were at least trying to be transparent about the fees. The extra charges showed up before I paid, so I wasn’t hit with some surprise total at the very end. I’d still love for those fees to be lower, of course, but they were easy enough to spot. Checkout went smoothly, and my tickets came through without any issues. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Easy to find what I needed"
I used trustarts.org to check the details for a show, and it was straightforward. The time, venue, ticket info, and parking details were all right there, so I wasn’t stuck clicking around and waiting for pages to load forever. I get frustrated fast when planning stuff takes longer than it should, so this made the whole night a lot easier to figure out
